Rate Information

I am an out of network provider. Meaning, I do not accept insurance as a form of payment. I am happy to provide you with a statement of paid services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many clients are successful in receiving reimbursement in this way, though it is usually not for 100% of the fee.

Payment is due upon receipt of services. During the intake process, the HIPPA compliant EHR system we utilize will prompt you to save your credit card on file and you will be charged in full by the end of the day.

The No Surprises Act is a federal law that protects clients from unexpected medical bills, including those related to mental health services. As part of this law, providers must offer a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services if you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance. This helps ensure transparency and allows you to make informed decisions about your care with no surprise costs. Cancellation Policy

For in person services: We require a 48 hour cancellation notice.

For virtual services: We require a 24 hour cancelation notice

If you cancel within less notice than the window your session will be charged in full.
